NURTURING TALENT

In line with our commitment to a wholesome care approach, we were pleased to have so many of our talented orphans participate in an art competition. Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation hosted an art competition in which 25 contestants submitted their artwork depicting the innocence of childhood. This project was a platform for talented orphans yearning to express themselves. Art is amongst the most powerful forms of communication, allowing artists to express themselves in ways which may be more comfortable for them.

25 contestants from all over Iraq submitted their work depicting the innocence of childhood. First, second and third place winners received monetary prizes and their work can be seen below.
