TREE OF PARADISE
The Tree of Paradise is a 15-story building, currently under construction in Karbala, Iraq. It is one of the most long-term strategic projects that Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation has started since its inception in 2006. The building sits on an area of 10,763 ft2(1,000 m2) and contains a floor size of 161,458 ft2 (15,000m2).

BUILDING STRUCTURE
The top ten floors of the building will be a 5-star hotel that will provide an annual financial coverage to 3,016 orphans for over 50 years. The rest of the floors will be divided into the following:

The basement will be a storage of materials to be distributed to orphan families.​
The ground floor will be a multi-purpose hall for Islamic and cultural events and activities.​
The first floor will include a Luminous Stars Center with its three divisions,
(1) Vocational Training
(2) Psychological Rehabilitation
(3) Healthcare Facility
The second and third floors will include offices and a space for the management of orphan affairs, and the distribution of aid.
